1. Automobile main wiring harness. The main wiring harness of the vehicle is usually composed of engine (ignition, electronic injection, power generation, start), instrumentation, lighting, air conditioning, auxiliary electrical appliances, etc. The main wiring harness is divided into many branch wiring harnesses according to different uses, parts and functions.

The main wiring harness of the whole vehicle generally takes the instrument panel as the core part, extending front and rear, and running through the whole vehicle. Generally, it can be divided into front wiring harness (including instrumentation, engine, headlight assembly, air conditioner, battery), rear wiring harness (tail light assembly, license plate light, high-position brake light, trunk light), roof wiring harness (door, ceiling light, audio Speaker) etc.

2. Automotive air conditioning wiring harness. Take the whole vehicle wiring harness as an example: 0.5mm² specification wire is suitable for instrument lights, indicator lights, door lights, dome lights, etc.; 0.75mm² specification wire is suitable for license plate lights, front and rear small lights, production lights, etc.; 1.0mm² specification wire is suitable for turn signals , Fog lights, etc.; 1.5mm2 specification lines are suitable for headlights, horns, etc.; specification lines above 10mm² are suitable for engines.

3. Automobile switch wiring harness. In order to facilitate identification and error correction, each end of the wire harness is usually marked with numbers and letters to indicate the connection object of the wire. When the operator sees the mark on the wire harness, he can correctly connect to the corresponding wire and electrical device. Such signs are very convenient to repair or replace the wiring harness. In addition, distinguishing the same circuit with the same wire color is also a simple sign.

4. Automobile headlight wiring harness. The surface of the wiring harness uses different materials and binding methods according to its different parts of use: the engine wiring harness usually has to experience special environments such as long-term high temperature, wind and sun, rain, and strength bumps due to the harsh working environment. Generally, high Flame-retardant, waterproof and high mechanical strength threaded tube wrapping. The working environment of the car's front cabin is relatively poor. Most of the branches and trunks are wrapped with threaded tubes with good flame retardancy, and some branches are wrapped with PVC tubes. The working space of the instrument line is small, and the environment is relatively good. Adopt full tape winding or pattern winding. The door line and the roof line have a small working space and can be completely wrapped with tape, and some branches can be wrapped with industrial plastic cloth; the thinner line can be directly glued to the car with sponge tape. The chassis wire has many parts in contact with the car body, so it is wrapped with a corrugated tube to prevent wire harness wear.
